What if the coat isn't
the correct size?
Promptly send the coat back for a size exchange at
no extra cost.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping
the coat back to us.
Simply include a self explanatory note so the proper
size can be sent back to you. Full instructions are
included in the box of every order.

What if the sleeves or hem
need any alteration?
All promptly done at no additional service or shipping
charges.

For multiple alterations or for any other major alteration
the customer will be charged a fees depending on the
workmanship.

I received my coat as a
present; may I return it for a different style and/or
size?
There is no extra cost for an exchange but the new
coat may have a different price which would need to
be taken care of by talking with the customer service
desk.
Simply peruse the website and choose a new coat. Next,
promptly send the coat back with a self explanatory
note so the proper size and style can be sent to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping

Thank you for the beautiful
coat, but I can not use it after all. May I return
my purchase?
RETURN POLICY:
Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost back to
1 ACCESS on any exchanges
or returns.
All merchandise being sent back must be in the company's
possession before an exchange will be sent out. Call
before 1-514-381-0233.
All shipments made online with 1
ACCESS are insured - Shipping delay will
DEPEND on customer location.
Depending on the item you have purchased, you may
also choose to send your package “regular airmail”.
In this case, there is no tracking number and the delivery
time will not be as quick, however this method is still
safe yet more cost effective.
January 1 - October 15*
- CURRENT POLICY
If the coat was purchased between January 1 and October
15, you are entitled to a refund minus an 25% re-stocking
fee that is for the fees we incur from the credit card
companies and to cover the cost of processing the coat
through the finishing room.
The 25% re-stocking fee can be applied toward the
purchase of a coat at a future date. Shipping charges
are nonrefundable.
NOTE: refunds may take up to 30 business days for
administration and security.
October 16 - December 31
Due to the volume of gifts during this season we are
unable to consign coats at our Factory Direct Prices.
It's just not built into our Factory Direct price structure.
However, you may exchange your coat for a different
size, color, or style at no additional shipping or service
charges.
Also, don't forget that any hem or cuff alterations
are done free of charge. The customer is responsible
for the cost of shipping the coat back to us. Rarely
is a style or size issue unable to be resolved with
another one of our styles. But if it can't be resolved
this season, you will receive a Credit Note that can
be used by anyone, in the delay of time given, toward
a future purchase with proof of original transaction
receipt.
Please always keep in mind that you may exchange,
at no extra charge, your coat for any of our coats in
any style, size, or color.
Please Note:
No exchanges/returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Also, any coat returned that has been worn or soiled
in any matter is subject to a cleaning and finish charge.
Coats average $60.00-$120.00 to clean.
1 ACCESS does NOT accept
coats that have endured wear and tear for refund, exchange,
or store credit.
All SALE coats are non-refundable. They can be exchanged
as inventory allows. The customer is responsible for
the cost of shipping the coat back to us.
Important:
For altered or custom made coats there are no returns
or exchanges at any time of the year. Understandably,
we cannot make any exceptions at any time.
We cannot allow exceptions to 1
ACCESS generous purchase policies for any reason
at any time.
